ABOUT CAMP HORIZON
Camp Horizon is a unique children’s oncology camp. Camp Horizon not only provides a summer camp get away for patients that have or are in the process of battling cancer, but also a week of camp for their Special and Important Brothers and Sisters (SIBS.)
Camp Horizon was originally founded in 1983 by the American Cancer Society. While originally designed to serve the special needs of current and former childhood cancer patients, Camp Horizon was expanded in 1997 to offer SIBS Camp for Special and Important Brothers and Sisters.
“I have so many memories from going to Camp Horizon. I have lost so many friends but have also made so many friends from being at Camp. I miss camp life so much. Hopefully I will be able to make it next summer.”Facebook Review
