I hope everyone is as ready for camp as we are.  The board and director are already working on planning this year’s camp weeks.  After much hard work and delay we are finally ready for registration to begin.  This year has started a little later than normal due to a change in the registration process.  We are using a new system provided by CampDoc.  We are hopeful that this will streamline the whole process this summer.  However, we are sure there will be some hiccups because it is new to you and also to us.  So we ask that you bear with us as we navigate this new software.  The good thing is that CampDoc is not new to camps and they have a lot of online support that is available if you have questions along the way.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  There are some parts of the application will will ask if you want to apply for the “trip insurance”  it is not necessary that you apply.  Since you are not out any costs for the camp there is no reason for you to need the insurance.

One of the beautiful things about campDoc is that each family only creates one user name and login and then once you are in the system you create the participant(s) and choose the session that applies to you.  Then come next year when we use this system again you just have to log in and all the info will be there waiting for you.

 

After you start the application the system will be notifying you automatically until all parts and pieces have been submitted.  There is a hard cut off date that is built in the system.  Please attempt to have all information submitted by the due date.  It will be difficult for us to alter that date.
