Welcome families who are interested in learning more about Camp Horizon. Our camp has been around for over 40 years creating exciting moments and lasting memories for children battling cancer and their siblings. We invite your campers to come enjoy one of the most fun weeks of their lives with us. Camp Horizon operates through two weeks out of every summer. This year our first week will be for siblings of those battling cancer or in remission. The second week will be our oncology week for those current or prior pediatric patients. Each week is tailored to the specific group, so please read carefully and choose the correct week when applying. Both camps are open to children with ages 6-17.

We are so excited that your camper has decided to come spend a week with us this summer. Please follow the link below to sign up for Camp Horizon 2025 using CampDoc. Each family only creates one user name and login. Once you are in the system, you create the participant(s) and choose the session that applies to each participant. Next year, all of your information will be available to sign-up for camp again.

After you start the application the system will be notifying you automatically until all parts and pieces have been submitted. There is a hard cut off date that is built in the system. Please attempt to have all information submitted by the due date. It will be difficult for us to alter that date.

PLEASE NOTE: You should not have to make any payment to CampDoc unless you are ordering extra items from them. There are some parts of the application will will ask if you want to apply for the “trip insurance” it is not necessary that you apply. Since you are not out any costs for the camp there is no reason for you to need the insurance.

Welcome Back Camp Families,

I hope everyone is as ready for camp as we are. Our team is already hard at work planning another unforgettable year, and we are looking forward to your campers joining us again for a fantastic 2025 camp. We will be using CampDoc again this year, so please find the link below to get your application started for this year. Your camper(s) information should be stored from last year, but please make any changes that are needed before confirming each page. Please pay close attention to the scheduled camp days for SIBS and oncology.

PLEASE NOTE: You do not have to make any payment to CampDoc unless you are buying a product they are selling. There are some parts of the application will will ask if you want to apply for the “trip insurance” it is not necessary that you apply. Since you are not out any costs for the camp there is no reason for you to need the insurance.

If your your camper is over 18 years old they will need to apply to be a Counselor-In-Training this year to return. More information about that can be found under the Volunteer Sign Up tab.
